This is an online process allowing for the submission of leisure event sponsorship requests. Please make sure to have all information ready before starting the process. You might wish to click on Printable Form to familiarise yourself with all questions.

Signing in will allow you to save your application and come back later to finish it and submit it. You will be able to save your application on page by page basis. Please note that the form has to be saved every 3 hours or your work will be lost.

Please note, partially completed pages will NOT be saved. Only completed pages are able to be saved. Your application will be saved every time you press the "Save and Continue" button (if all mandatory sections are completed) to move onto another page of the application.
